Eventually, I added a second note: three priorities for the next day.
It became a ritual. A rhythm. And the growth didn’t just continue—it accelerated.

Simple. Focused. Intentional.

That’s when I knew this wasn’t just a personal trick.
It was a practical representation of everything we teach.
