Applications are considered on a monthly basis, and because we are wholeheartedly committed to your experience within the program AND your results, we limit:

  • VIP Partnerships to two at any one time;

  • New Micro-mind members to two new members per month.

  • We only work with two VIP clients at a time—this means you get our full attention, deep focus, and expert guidance.

    Plus, our success-fee structure ensures that we’re fully invested in your growth. Our goals are aligned with yours: when your business grows, so does our partnership.

  • Each Micromind group has a maximum of 10 members. We're committed to a quality experience and real outcomes for each and every member of the group, and it's tough to really provide that "en masse."

    Community is an important part of the program and fewer members allows you to really get to know each other as well.

  • The OpsFreedom Accelerator™️ Program starts at $4,000.00/month investment.

    Your actual investment will depend on whether you choose the VIP or Group option, and we do offer payment plans to support your cash flow needs.

  • We do our best work with small business owners and their ops leaders. Industries include consulting firms, agencies and other professional service businesses.

    Typically, those clients have teams of at least 10 (often a combination of employees and contractors) and earn gross revenues somewhere between $2m and $5m.

  • We're so invested in the success of our clients that we want to be sure that you'll get the results you deserve. To that end, we ask that you complete the application by clicking on the button above that says "Join the Waitlist."

    Once we've reviewed your application, we'll reach out with customized recommendations for your next steps.

  • Great question! While we'll do everything to share our knowledge and expertise, our frameworks, and insights with you, it won't matter if you don't actually implement what you're learning. We ask that you take ownership of your own results.

    Beyond that, we ask that you participate fully:

    • Attend the weekly one hour coaching sessions;

    • Be willing to both mentor other and be mentored yourself;

    • Remain open to new possibilities and ways of thinking that you may not yet have experienced (also called growth mindset);

    • Fully include your Ops Leader -- both inside the program and inside your business;

    • Be a good group citizen -- life's too short and the stakes are too high to be anything else but considerate, tactful, helpful and generous with each other.
