Lauren Hidden is the founder and owner of The Hidden Helpers. Working virtually since 2000, Hidden and her helpers provide the written content that helps clients gain the professional recognition they deserve. The Hidden Helpers provide a full range of editorial services including ghostwriting, book editing, business writing and promotional writing. Their clientele includes authors, publishers, marketers, and other highly successful entrepreneurs.
In addition to editing many books under her clients’ names, Lauren is the co-author of the books, Write It Right: The Ground Rules for Self-Editing Like the Pros and Entrepreneurial Freedom: How to Start and Grow a Successful Virtual Assistance Practice.
Lauren enjoys speaking about writing, editing and virtual assistance conferences and seminars nationwide. She is an active member of the International Virtual Assistants Association and the Delaware Valley Virtual Assistants Association. She is also a member of the Central Pennsylvania Association of Female Executives and the International Virtual Womens’ Chamber of Commerce.
Lauren volunteers her time by serving as a staffwriter with IVAACast and by teaching “kidwriting” to aspiring young authors at her local elementary school.
Lauren is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a B.A. in Communications/ Journalism. She resides in New Cumberland, PA with her husband and two sons.
